Right out of college, I started navigating the interactive world of advertising as an Art Director at an up-and-coming digital shop. As I took on more opportunities and expanded my capabilities, I found myself making the rounds at almost every NYC agency…even taking on roles in LA and Singapore. With finely-tuned design aesthetics and conceptual prowess, I built a reputation as being able to deliver digitally grounded, yet integrated, campaigns for a variety of global brands time and time again. No matter the project, from concepting to directing film/photography, rebranding to new business, digital/social specific to 360 campaigns, and no matter the category, from beauty to CPG, fitness to hospitality, liquor to entertainment — I use my talents, experience, and strong collaboration skills to develop envelope-pushing, relevant, and successful content.

Throughout my career, I've learned that every project has its' own challenges, and learning how to overcome them to creatively solve business objectives is a huge part of what defines a true creative partner. Naturally, I also developed my own methodology to the creative process: Be passionate, Think of the twist in an idea, Go the extra mile, Learn new things, Set ego and drama aside, Be resourceful, and of course, Have fun! Now as a Sr. Creative Leader, I still use this same approach, and mold creative teams by bringing an elevated eye, high standards, a meticulous nature, and a positive perspective. All the while, cultivating out-of-the-box expressions of briefs and developing successful content for renowned brands, agencies, and production houses. Not only am I interested in challenging myself, but I want to challenge others as well—continuously striving for the best.

  • MediaMonks / Fulltime / Jan 21 - Nov 22
    As Creative Director of North America, on Mondelēz International, I built and managed the creative team through conception and development of cross-platform campaigns ideas and content—bringing forth fresh campaigns while maximizing taste appeal. Partnering with senior leadership across departments, I brought a wholistic and creative lens to the development of internal infrastructure and processes—ensuring production optimizations while bridging gaps between local and global capabilities. I oversaw 24+ sub brands and the development of 60+ projects (within the first 8 months), pitched and won the 3D animation business for Chips Ahoy!, incorporated Unreal Engine tech for OREO, scaled up creative effectiveness to over 90% across the NA portfolio, and navigated work stream collaborations across NY, LA, TO, BA, AMS, and IN.

    For Entertainment One, I managed the creative team through concept and development of cross-platform campaigns ideas and content, with an emphasis in digital innovation, while navigating work streams across NY, LA, TO, BA, and MX. Partnering with team leads across account, strat, media, and production, I brought a wholistic approach and creative lens to the development of processes, and client ways of working. I collaborated with brand and media strategy, created original, 2D animation content with a newly established IP, and developed the client's 1st DCO campaign—while maximizing creative for budgetary efficiencies.

    On BOTOX Cosmetic, I managed 4 creative teams through conceptual digital and social content, and multiple work streams across NY, LA, BA, and MX. Partnering with account and production fellow senior leadership and C suite, I brought a wholistic approach and creative lens to the development of 200+ unique assets, spanning from display to longform video, within 3 weeks.

    Freelance / Aug - Nov 18, June - Dec 20
    Pitched New Business, developed creative and strategic marketing plans, and collaborated on conceptual digital campaigns. Collaborated with and managed clients, while managing creative and production teams through a video production and post as part of a digital/social, L’Oreal rebrand campaign. Managed the creative team through a new look/feel, design adaption, and development of a responsive website for a new Neutrogena product launch.

  • Firstborn / Freelance / Aug - Nov 19
    Managed the creative and production teams through a Peloton brand platform campaign, which extended over 7 additional promotional campaigns. Maximizing 1 video and still shoot, I developed a content library and modular approach to each subsequent campaign. Concepting and delivering cross-platform content, for both US and Canada markets, each campaign consisted of over 200+ unique, digital/social assets to be leveraged over the client's Q4.

  • VaynerMedia, LA + NY / Freelance / Feb 18 - June 19
    In LA, I managed creative teams through the conception of campaign ideas and development of cross-platform, campaign content for a wide range of clients—from beauty to entertainment—all the while maximizing the creative for production efficiencies and evergreen optimizations. I navigated client expectations alongside account and collaborated the GCD to build new creative teams as a result of new business wins, and an account relocation.

    In NY, I collaborated with a fellow CD to manage a 12 person creative team through the conception and development of a Johnson’s Baby global, integrated rebrand. I co-directed, and managed, 2 international motion/still shoots, collaborated on the social strategy, built a content library, and navigated workstream collaborations across NY, LA, and AMS—delivering over 600+ creative assets for US and global use. Specifically, over 400 assets for the master website, over 200 assets for e-comm, social strategy and asset library for a 6 month span, over 20 video assets for TV, digital and social, etc.

Associate Creative Director

  • Publicis Worldwide / Fulltime / 2015 - 2017
    I partnered with the CD to build and lead a 10 person digital, creative team for L'Oreal Garnier and its’ 8 sub brands—all the while concepting for platform/campaign ideas and developing multiple 360 campaigns, with an emphasis on video and digital. I was the Creative Lead of the digital team during a transitional period of senior leadership.

    Concepted and developed the clients’ 1st digital content series / Concepted, produced, developed and led teams through the 1st real-time, on-site video and still shoots for Garnier Fructis during the Music Festival Season for 2 consecutive years / Concepted and lead teams through the first production of "Social Standards and Guidelines" playbook for the overall, parent brand and each 8 subsequent brands / Developed and lead the clients’ 1st cross-category, motion and still shoot—which ran 3.5 weeks and allowed client and creative teams to utilize assets for yearly cross platform content / Concepted, developed and lead teams through the digital look/feel for a new L'Oreal Garnier Whole Blends product line, which also influenced all of year 2's creative and was declared the creative measurement of success per client stakeholders.

    Concepted and developed 360 campaigns, global platform ideas and campaigns, TV, digital/social content for multiple and renowned brands. / Designed a clients' 1st global digital presence, and rebranded a mega brands e-Comm and digital presence. / Led the creative and production teams through the conceptualization and development of a Keurig film and experiential activation, which was simultaneously produced over 3 different locations across NY. / Co-led the rebranding and redesign of a mega brand's digital presence.

    I was recruited to Ogilvy Singapore for an on-site, Pond's global rebrand. I concepted and developed global platform ideas, film and broadcast, digital and social content, and print ads. Collaborated on tone of voice, concepted and implemented a new look/feel, which influenced product design and cross-Asia market content.
